Our Women Artists Training Initiative is designed to uplift emerging and established women and gender-diverse artists—including self-taught creators—by providing mentorship, skill-building workshops, and leadership opportunities in public art. We emphasize collective learning, peer support, and the development of professional pathways in the arts.

This program addresses the historic and ongoing exclusion of women—especially women of color, LGBTQ+ women, and self-made artists—from the art world. We center intersectional justice, actively challenging gender disparities and providing space for diverse experiences, backgrounds, and visions.
